Pradeep is an entrepreneur and a global business professional who is passionate about the cause of cancer in India. He is a highly successful business executive with an outstanding track record in both Fortune 500 as well as smaller organizations. Across India, Europe and USA. Pradeep has been recognized amongst the top 50 most influential Asian American business people in USA and is viewed to be an industry leader in the healthcare industry in India. He has received numerous awards including the CEO clubs business excellence award, Bharat Samman and very early in his career “Best Young Manager of India” by the All India Management Association in 1995.
Sunita Pradeep
Executive Director
Sunita Pradeep is the Executive Director of OutCancer and leads its initiatives in the areas of cancer education, awareness, screening and prevention. She is a management and human resource professional with extensive experience in India and USA. She has had leadership roles in the area of HR and leadership development, marketing and business development. In addition she has also held leadership positions in community organizations in both India and USA wherein she has developed community initiatives for social issues.
Prof Suman Sarkar (Former Director- EMPI Business School)

Prof Sarkar is a visiting faculty at SRCC GBO Programme for Business Policy and Strategic Management ,NIAR, LBSNAA (Mussoorie)and has been teaching
in Institutes like JIMS and FIIB in New Delhi in Sales and Marketing subjects. He is involved with Management Education since 1998 and was the Group Director of
EMPI Business School , Vice President, Sharda Group of Institutes, and HOD/ Dean with the IILM group.
He has consulted for companies like Nestle, Philips, Ricola (a Swiss lozenge company,
which is in worldwide competition with brands like Vicks, Halls,etc.). and PSUs like
Garden Reach Ship Builders, Powergrid Corporation, etc. Has also has been involved in
training with Maruti, Salora, Khadi Gram Udyog, Sungro Seeds Ltd . He has worked in companies like NIIT, MRF, Onida, Hawkins, Milkfood, etc. for over 16
years in senior and national positions in sales and marketing.
His qualifications include Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, PGDBM, EMIT
(IIFT)and holds Accreditated Management Teacher (AMT) award from All India
Management Association ( AIMA ) and has 36 years of combined experience in Industry, Consultancy and Higher
Management Education. He is also a Consultant at TimesPro, Academic Associate with ICICI Centre for Financial Learning, Academic Advisor toPlanetedu and Visiting faculty at SRCC GBO Programme for Business Policy and Strategic
Management ,NIAR, LBSNAA (Mussoorie)and has been teaching in Institutes like
JIMS and FIIB in New Delhi in Sales and Marketing subjects .
